Work includes: Provide design services and installation of a new 5-way, high voltage, electrical distribution switch known as SW-6, manhole dewatering, design and CAD service, demolition and disposal of existing structures, new concrete pad, new manhole(s), new switchgear, and site restoration.  Work shall also include provision of temporary power during demolition, construction, and disposal of existing switch, etc. and replacement of various feeder cables in order to facilitate installation of the new switch.

277 Design Build Support Installation of Carousel in B427m B435m B448, B850, & B856, PSNS, Bremerton, WA

This construction project will be a Design Build contract to include design, labor, materials, and equipment to install foundations, electrical power, and fire protection for electronic storage carousels in six locations in PSNS, Bremerton WA. Include a clearly marked fire protection isolation valve for each carousel. Include non-fusible emergency electrical disconnect switches rated for the intended equipment at each unit. Switches shall be upstream of the carousel per NFPA 70 and be clearly labeled for emergency response and maintenance use and included markings for power source.

279 Design Build NABSD-602 Renovate Bldg. RM18-1628 at SNI, Naval Base Coronado, CA

B602 is a three story 20,577 Unaccompanied Housing (UH) facility constructed in 1969 and located along the ocean front at the Silver Strand area of Naval Base Coronado.  The current B602 consists of 41 sleeping rooms (4-person rooms/164 beds) with a laundry room on each floor. The project will convert an existing Administrative Office into a sleeping room to increase the total to 42 (168 beds).  The existing building is in poor condition due to heavy wear and tear and exposure to the harsh marine environment and requires comprehensive renovation work to bring it up to current code and life safety standards. The building was last renovated in 2005 and most of the systems installed and remaining have passed their effective service life.  The complete renovation of B602 is intended to extend the service life of the building for 25 years while eliminating ongoing deterioration of the building structure from water infiltration.  The scope includes a new Elevator, Elevator Vestibules, Elevator Machine Room, and an Electrical Room designed to meet applicable codes and FC / UFC requirements.  This project also includes modifications at the Mechanical Room in B605 to replace the domestic hot water system including heaters, storage tank, controls, and accessories.

280 Design Build Remodel Second Floor & Add Passenger Cargo Elevator, B434, NBK Bremerton, WA

Building 434 is a 2-story and basement 21,708 square foot building consisting of a reinforced concrete structure. The basement level has exposed concrete exterior walls while the 1st and 2nd story have brick veneer over concrete. The project includes the remodeling of the entire 2nd floor in Building 434 in support of increased JCAB (JAG Consolidated Administrative Business) footprint. This area will primarily consist of administration work areas and offices.

281 Design Build TP21016M Repair Phelps Hall Dining Facility, Twentynine Palms, CA

Building 1460 is a 31,000 SF Dining Facility (DFAC) and is required to accommodate feeding Marines aboard the Installation.  With a seating capacity of 576 personnel, on a typical day, this facility is required to serve approximately 1728 meals, three times per day, 7 days a week. This project includes the Design and Construction of the mess hall and repairs all related management, supervision, quality control, labor, equipment, and materials to provide a complete and usable facility at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms, CA. In addition, the project will include repairs to the following priority areas: the entrance, dining area, circulation, galley, roofing and telecommunications for the B-146 Phelp DFAC.
