Project includes all design and construction work to renovate Child Development Center (CDC) Bldg. 605 and Bldg. 606 located at NASNI. Primary focus of project is to refresh all areas within the Child Activity Rooms (CARs). Roof work is also needed to sustain facility due to leaks causing classrooms to be taken out of service. HVAC units are at the end of their usable life and must be replaced.

The project primarily consists of three components: demolition of existing buildings, minor modifications to existing buildings including new data drops and some other minor modifications, and replacement of existing generators.
Base Bid: Demolish building number 328 and provide associated site improvements and modify building number 320, 331, 332, and 346.
Option 01: Demolish building number 207, 528, Generator Shed, 558, and 581 and provide associated site improvements.
Option 02: B-309 & B-413 Generator Replacement.
